Brannockwood

This project, designed by DWDS in collaboration with Carlinn Developments and O’Reilly Precast, marks the first use of precast concrete systems within a DWDS project. The development presented a number of complex challenges, including strict site constraints and the coordination of multiple specialist designers and subcontractors. Working closely with the wider project team, DWDS successfully integrated a range of innovative elements, from modular balcony systems to surface water attenuation blue roof systems, delivering a coordinated and efficient design solution.
