This the centre of excellence for Wicklow GAA, including state of the art training facilities in a location that is accessible to the whole county. The project included a new build Clubhouse with changing rooms, offices, 5 new Football Pitches including floodlights and ball stops, drainage and an innovative heating system using three alternative renewable energy sources. We provided a Full Design Service including all Architect, Project Management, Fire Safety, Disability Access, Civil & Structural Engineering, M&E, Cost Control services & Health & Safety
ARCHITECTURAL
Our scope of service included for the provision of all Architectural services, including project management, tendering, procurement and site inspections.
FIRE SAFETY
DISABILITY ACCESS
Our scope of service included for the provision of Disability Access & Fire Safety consultants for the project ensuring the design is compliant with statutory legislation including submission of statutory applications.
PROJECT SUPERVISION
Our scope of service included for the provision of Project Supervisor for the Design Process (PSDP) inclusive of all statutory duties/services in compliance with Health and Safety Legislation.
CIVIL
We were appointed to design all the necessary civil infrastructural development works, which included roads, drainage & utilities.
STRUCTURAL
We were appointed to design all the necessary structural works, which included a large two storey clubhouse with changing rooms, gym, conference facilities and offices.
MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL
Our scope of service included for the design of, in conjunction with other specialist consultants, an innovative heating system using three alternative renewable energy sources. The efficiency is maximised by taking advantage of high temperature humid air from Spring to Autumn, and high temperature underground water in winter months.
